The Philly POPS is a cultural asset to the City of Philadelphia and is the recognized official POPS orchestra of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As the largest stand alone  pops  orchestra  in the world, The Philly POPS distinguishes itself  from other cultural organizations in the Philadelphia area by performing and celebrating the heritage of American popular music. This  expansive, diverse,  and  engaging  mission  includes music for everyone to enjoy across all walks of life.

PHILLY POPS  IN SCHOOLS  IS EITC APPROVED!  

The Philly POPS is a recognized and authorized participant in the EITC-EIO programs. As an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO), we can use awarded funds to support existing programs and develop new programs for our POPS in Schools in-school and after school educational activities. What does this mean to you? If you work for, or have a company that does business in PA, you are eligible to apply for tax credits for the support you provide for the POPS educational activities. See if your company qualifies for the EITC program on the Commonwealth’s website. The most beneficial option is to apply for a 2-year commitment, as this type of commitment likely qualifies for a 90% tax credit to your business. Season Presenting Sponsor - $250,000
  • Presenting Sponsorship for the current or upcoming season and its programs.  
  • Recognition on the front cover of  Encore!,  the playbill of The Philly POPS, for the season.  
  • Full page, full color ad in Encore! for the current season.  
  • Upsized lead logo on Corporate Sponsorship page in Encore!  
  • Recognition in all POPS Season Program related press releases.  
  • Donor listing recognition in Encore! (Encore! reaches approximately 60,000 visitors each season).  
  • Lead logo “presented by” representation in video presentation in the Kimmel Center’s Commonwealth Plaza, shown before, during, and after each performance.  
  • Presenting sponsor logo representation in all marketing materials for subscriber and ticket cultivation.  
  • Presenting sponsor logo representation in 100,000 direct mail campaign for subscriber cultivation.  
  • Set of twelve (12) season tickets preferred seating to opening night of all subscription series concerts.

  • Donor listing recognition in each Encore! (Encore! reaches approximately 60,000 visitors each season).  
  • Digital logo in video presentation in the Kimmel Center’s Commonwealth Plaza, which is shown before, during, and after each performance.  
  • Season sponsor logo representation in all marketing materials for subscriber and ticket cultivation.  
  • Season sponsor logo representation in 100,000 direct mail campaign for subscriber cultivation.  
  • Set of eight (8) season tickets preferred seating to opening night of all subscription series concerts.

  • Logo representation on the Encore! Corporate Sponsorship page.  
  • Donor listing recognition in each Encore! (Encore! reaches approximately 60,000 visitors each season).  
  • Digital logo in video presentation in the Kimmel Center’s Commonwealth Plaza, which is shown before, during, and after each performance.  
  • Lobby and Intermission Reception Signage with logo recognition.  
  • Set of four (4) season tickets to opening night of all subscription series concerts.

Concert Sponsor - $10,000 
  • A half page, full color ad in  Encore!,  the playbill of The Philly POPS for one concert series.  
  • Logo representation on Encore! Corporate Sponsorship page.  
  • Donor listing recognition in each Encore! (Encore! reaches approximately 60,000 visitors each season).  
  • Shared lobby signage and program recognition as concert sponsor for one of the season concerts, as well as sponsorship of the pre-program lecture.  
  • Twenty-five (25) tickets for the sponsored concert.  
  • Ten (10) invitations to the private Green Room reception for the sponsored concert.  
  • Representation for one month as Concert Sponsor on the Philly POPS website.
Musician Sponsor - $5,000
  • A half page, full color ad in  Encore!,  the playbill of The Philly POPS for one concert series.   
  • Logo representation on the Encore! Corporate Sponsorship page.  
  • Donor listing recognition in each Encore! (Encore! reaches approximately 60,000 visitors each season).  
  • Ten (10) tickets for sponsored concert.  
  • Ten (10) invitations to the private Green Room reception for the sponsored concert.
